Terms of service

Zap eSIM sells prepaid, data-only eSIM plans. Each plan includes the data allowance and validity period shown at purchase. Plans are for personal use on unlocked, eSIM-capable devices. Network availability and speeds depend on the partner network in your location.

Privacy

We don't require an account. Email is optional and only used to send your receipt; your order link works as a receipt without it. Payments are made in Bitcoin; we never see or store card details. We keep the minimum order information needed to deliver and support your eSIM.

Refunds

If your eSIM can't be installed or never connects to a supported network, email zap.it.863@gmail.com within 30 days with your order ID for a replacement or refund. Once an eSIM has been installed and used, data is non-refundable.
